Le Trong Tan Township, covering 77.2 hectares of prime housing land in Ha Dong, Hanoi, is the first-of-its-kind master-planned community in Vietnam. It is planned with over 7,000 residences to accommodate a population of 35,000 people. The project is carried out in two phases: phase 5 and phase 6. In phase 5, 104 townhouses, 20 villas and 464 condos (two 31-storey blocks) are built on an area of 4,67 ha. In phase 6, 80 township, 24 villas and 432 condos (two 30-storey blocks) are built on an area of 4.34 ha.

Meinhardt (Vietnam) is appointed to provide C&S, MEPF, and Infrastructure Design Services, Authorship Supervision and Construction Supervision for this project.
