Meinhardt provides 1/500 master plan, basic design, detail design, tender document and the evaluation services for 208 ha of the new urban area located in the west of West Lake, being developed as a high class community, combined with the villa area with about 200-400m2 for each villa/apartment, main business center including International Finance Center and commercial areas with entertainment area, together with the main axis of green area conforming with the social and technical infrastructure.
