Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City with total investment of 1.2 billion US dollars is located in the new urban area of Binh Duong Industry – Service – Urban Complex, with the goal to provide the area with commercial, service, entertainment & housing occupying an area of 714,525 sqm.

Zone B is the entrance of the New City with a high-rise residence of multi-use buildings occupying a site area of about 3 hectares and contributing to the development of the City.  These apartments are targeted for wealthy Vietnamese who will work for the newly established government departments or in the Industrial Park. Initially, this project will focus on Zone B Part A, plot C18.

Meinhardt (Vietnam) Ltd. is appointed to undertake Project Management and Construction Supervision for this project.
