A new Logistics Centre cum Container Freight Station (CFS) in Binh Duong Province, about 25km from Ho Chi Minh City comprises one high security building of about 11,000 m2, with about 1200 m2 of office space. The building construction is steel frames, metal cladding and brick veneer. Meinhardt provided the full range of design and construction supervision services.
