Meinhardt in association with Nippon Engineering reviewed the final feasibility study. Works included amending detailed design, survey of traffic and topography, economic and financial forecasting. Environmental studies were also carried out as it was concept designs for all of the work, much of it on ground subject to inundation. If feasible, the project will be financed and constructed by Daewoo.
