Ben Thanh Central Station
The Ben Thanh Station is a fully integrated public transport interchange linking 4 lines of MRT, which are line 1, 2, 3a and 4 and an underground bus station.
The 4 lines link at different levels from B2 to B4. The Station comprises a concourse level at B1 above the platform levels B2 to B4 and this provides for underground pedestrian access into the concourse and various junctions of main roads and streets above. The concourse level includes an approximately 600m long Underground Shopping Mall (UMS) which will serve pedestrian traffic entering and exiting the concourse.
The NJPT Association (leaded by Nikken Sekkei Civil Engineering Ltd) is awarded by the Client to provide the integrated design services for this project. Meinhardt signs the sub-contract with the Association to provide M&E design service for the project, including:
