Key responsibilities:

• Supervise the work of contractors at the site;
• Directly inspect, monitor and evaluate the construction process at the site, ensuring that the work is completed with the correct volume, technique and quality according to the approved design documents and construction methods; update information in the daily work diary;
• Remind and suspend construction when detecting violations of the technical procedures, regulations, quality and safety of the work according to the approved design and methods;
• Check and supervise the construction schedule, construction quality and occupational safety and hygiene situation performed by the contractors/subcontractors;
• Perform and report work as required by superiors.

Major job requirements:

Education:

• Major Certification: University degree or higher in Civil/Electrical Engineering;
• Foreign language: Good English communication;

Working experience:

• Experience: At least 05 years of experience in consulting and supervising civil construction projects;

Qualities:

• Dynamic, creative, quick information processing, able to withstand work pressure, professional working attitude;

Special requirements:

• Construction supervision consulting practice certificate in related majors (required) and other related practice certificates (if any);
