Chief Supervisor (Male)
Key responsibilities:
- Organize, arrange and develop plans to perform assigned tasks;
- Operate and manage construction progress, direct construction on site;
- Prepare monthly reports on construction progress, quality, and occupational safety of the project;
- Check and confirm the volume and quality of the project to serve as a basis for payment to the contractor; organize acceptance of each work in stages, acceptance of items and completion of the project handover;
- Attend meetings with investors, contractors and related parties to resolve problems during the construction process;
Major job requirements:
Education:
- Major Certification: University degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture;
- Foreign language: Good communication in English;
Working experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in consulting and supervising large-scale civil construction projects, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Professional skills:
- Ability to manage and operate work outside the project; ability to synthesize, analyze, and handle situations flexibly;
Qualities:
- Honesty, sense of responsibility, ability to withstand high pressure, enthusiasm, carefulness, diligence, professional attitude;
Special requirements:
- Grade I construction supervision consulting practice certificate (required) and other relevant practice certificates (if any);
